Availability of Goods
We employ a strict out of stock policy. Titles with low stock levels are taken off the site until stock levels are replenished. Titles that are displayed on our site should always be in stock.
We will do everything we can to adhere to our out of stock policy. In the unlikely event that we receive an order with an out of stock title on, we will refund it. The refund will be made by the same method of payment that was used and the rest of your order will be dispatched. We will notify by email as soon as possible that the title is out of stock. We will aim to notify you within 5 days of you placing your order and by no later than 14 days.
Delivery of Goods to You
Our goods are delivered by Fastway Couriers. We cannot accept responsibility for their service. If your goods are not received within our specified delivery dates then you must notify us within 14 days.
Goods delivered outside of the NZ are processed by more than one postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for these postal services.
We reserve the right to change our prices. We will not change the price of an order you have already made without prior notification. This may only happen in the unlikely event that a typing error has occurred and the price has been displayed incorrectly. In this instance, we reserve the right to withdraw your order and offer at the correct price. Any unlikely occurrences will be dealt with at our discretion.
Prices are in NZ Dollars (inclusive of GST). Delivery charges apply. We cannot accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges applied by your card lender.
We will not be liable for any losses to you caused by the availability of our products and services.Poster Worx will have no liability to pay any money to you by way of any compensation.
We accept no responsibility for the content of other sites that may link to us or that we may provide links to.
No site may link to our site without first obtaining our written permission.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Bank Transfer.
If our payment service provider deems your payment method unauthorised your order will not be processed and the amount will be refunded to your account.
